Donate blood and help save a life

The blood drive will take place at SANBS at the Colony Centre in Hillcrest from 9am to 2pm on Saturday, 13 April.

The Rotary Club of Hillcrest’s Dennis Wesley, long-time donor and blood bank supporter, Brian Smith, and SANBS phlebotomist, Ingrid Marlton, encourage Highway residents to help save a life by donating blood.

The blood drive will take place at SANBS at the Colony Centre in Hillcrest from 9am to 2pm on Saturday, 13 April.

Each donor will receive a free boerewors roll. Donors need to lead a sexually safe lifestyle, weigh more than 50kg and be between 16 and 75 years old.
