#16DaysOfActivism: Pinetown welfare to march against abuse

The 16 Days of Activism campaign runs every year from 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, to 10 December, Human Rights Day.

THE Pinetown Child Welfare calls on the masses to march the streets of Pinetown with them all in the name of raising awareness about the 16 Days Of Activism Against Women and Child Abuse.

The march will take place on Friday, 7 December and will start the welfare’s offices on 37 Livingston Road, Pinetown, to McDonalds then to Lahee Park where there will be a packed program on the topic.

The march organisers plan to involve local organisations who have the same interests of spreading the word on issues that affect women and children.
