PLANNING to complete the section of Wyebank Road in front of the school was done and was to commence this week.
Work has been delayed as a result of the rain.
Permission has been granted for weekend work and this section of road will begin tomorrow.
It is the general plan to complete Pioneer and Wyebank Road substantially before builders break in December.
Substantially is defined as completion of wearing course and to see functional storm water drainage.
Maintenance on sections not completed has to continue. Instruction in this regard will be issued.
Weather depending, we should see worst sections being addressed first, although it remains a function of plant establishment on site.
In summary, road works should commence tomorrow and continuous effort will be put in to see Wyebank and Pioneer substantially completed in due course.
Bear in mind, all of this work is being done under business rescue conditions as ESOR are financially distressed.
