A FEMALE biker believed to be around 30-years-old died in a horrific collision on the M7 East Bound at the Main Road offramp in Northdene just after 1 pm on Tuesday, 10 September.
According to a report from Rescue Care Paramedics on its Facebook page, their paramedics arrived to find the highway closed due to a collision between the bike and a truck.
“The bike driver a female driver was found having sustained major injuries. Unfortunately, there was nothing more paramedics could do and she was declared deceased on the scene,” said the statement posted by Rescue Care.
“At this stage, the events leading up to the crash is unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further,” it added.
