Braai fires will be lit for those who want to participate in a "bring and braai" but for those who are not well prepared as every scout should be, never fear.

THE 1st Hillcrest Cub/Scout group will hold a scavenger hunt on Sunday, 22 July. Registration for the event, which promises to be fun for the whole family, takes place at the Scout hall, 16 Shortlands Drive, Hillcrest at 11:30am.
According to spokesman for the group, Rolene Unsworth, there are lots of wonderful prizes to be won which will be handed out at the prize-giving at the Scout hall at 3pm.
