Man shot and killed on N3 near Hammarsdale
The man believed to be the driver of the vehicle had a gunshot wound to the head.
A MAN, believed to be in his late 30s, was killed in a shooting incident on the N3 near Hammarsdale this morning.
Local SAPS and the forensics team were already at the scene when ER24 paramedics arrived.

According to ER24 Spokesman, Ineke van Huyssteen, a white bakkie was found parked on the side of the freeway. The man, believed to be the driver of the bakkie, had a gunshot wound to his head. He was declared dead on the scene.
“The exact details surrounding the incident were not yet known to our paramedics but police were on the scene for further investigations,” said van Huyssteen.
