What is happening with our orange recycle bags?

"Throughout the year this area has not received its allocated quota from the company that is mandated to provide us ratepayers with these bags."

I WAS working on my computer at home on Monday, 9 October and have access to surveillance networks on my street.

I noticed the DSW Truck with three passenger staff arrive in Leeds Cresent at the corner of Preston Road.

Two passengers carrying rolls of orange plastics walked down the road.

What was odd was they didn’t deliver any of the orange rolls of plastics to any houses, but simply walked past.

I sent a whatsapp message to every resident registered on my network for feedback and everyone confirmed that they had not received any orange bags today.

I have copied this letter to our ward councillor for investigation and action from both offices.

I have also been informed that throughout the year this area has not received its allocated quota from the company that is mandated to provide us ratepayers with these bags.
