Support Mahala Market with clothes donation

At the Mahala Market, gogos will be invited to shop for free and select between five to 10 new outfits each.

THIS spring, the Robinhood Foundation’s Clothes for Africa Drive will host the Mahala Market to donate clothes to underprivileged residents.

To make a bigger difference, the foundation is requesting for donations of any pre-loved clothing, blankets, towels, scarves, hats and more. All sizes from new-born to adult are welcome – as along as it’s in good condition.

At the Mahala Market, gogos will be invited to shop for free and select between five to 10 new outfits each.

The first market will be held on Thursday, 16 November at the Embo Hall.

Donations have to be handed in by 27 October. Two hundred gogos will be invited to the event. The second market will be held in Shongweni. The date is still to be announced.
