Three motorcyclists injured on M13 Field’s Hill

There was another accident on the N3 Pinetown bound near Pavilion at 4.30pm.

THREE motorcyclists were injured when their motorbikes collided on the M13 Fields Hill earlier today.

According to Andreas Mathios of Blue Security, the motorcyclists were travelling up Field’s Hill between Pinetown and Kloof around noon.

“The three motorcylists were part of a group of motorcyclists travelling west towards the Hillcrest area when one of them accidentally fell off his motorcycle. It is unclear what the cause of the accident was however in the process he accidentally took out two of his colleagues,” said Mathios.

One motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was transported to a nearby medical facility. The other other two motorcyclists suffered minor injuries and were treated on the scene.

The accident scene was cleared in 20 minutes.
