TAKE NOTE: Dr Pixley Kaseme (West) Street road closure

According to the eThekwini Municipality, the road will be used for the march against gender based violence.

MOTORISTS are advised to find alternative routes as Dr Pixley Kaseme (West) Street will be temporary closed  tomorrow (14 July 2017) from 9am to 9.30am.

According to the eThekwini Municipality, the road will be used for the march against gender based violence.

The march will start from King Dinizulu Park at 9am and proceed through Pixley Kaseme, via Samora Machel and finish at Gugu Dlamini Park near the Workshop Shopping Mall.

More than 10 000 people including members of the executive council and leaders
of society from across the province are also expected to march against the abuse of women and children.
