Snow fall expected in Drakensburg on Friday
SnowReport SA said these falls are expected to continue into the evening and through the night on Friday.
FRIDAY morning will see the first snow fall over the EC Drakensberg, extending into Lesotho and the KZN Drakensberg by lunch time, according to SnowReport SA

These falls are expected to continue into the evening and through the night on Friday, and some falls could start appearing on the foothills and in towns close to the KZN Drakensberg such as Underberg.
“Snowfalls in the KZN Midlands are looking unlikely at this stage although there are seeing light flurries possible in Matatiele, Kokstad and surrounds, with nothing likely to settle.
“Snowfalls over the EC Drakensberg, the KZN Drakensberg and Lesotho are likely to continue into Sunday evening and Monday morning at this stage, and some heavy falls can be expected on the top of the Drakensberg,” said SnowReport SA.
