The CCR is operated from the Fidelity ADT offices in Pinetown and serves as a vital communication link between neighbourhood watches and the South African Police Services (SAPS).

THE Escombe Neighbourhood Watch (ENHW) communications team was bolstered with the donation of two-way radios from a private security company.
