GET ready for some drama this winter concert when Joanna Frankel and Christopher Duigan tackle a grand selection of violin sonatas by Mozart and Beethoven and melancholic violin melodies by Tchaikovsky.
Joanna Frankel is the concertmaster of the KZN Philharmonic Orchestra, based in Durban. Performances in recent months with Christopher Duigan have included those at the JHB International Mozart Festival, the Marriott Classic Music Festival in Franschhoek, at Bouchard Finlayson in Hermanus and performances throughout the KZN Midlands region.
The concert, presented as part of Music Revival’s monthly concert series at St Agnes’s in Kloof, takes place on Tuesday, 31 May at 7.30pm.
