EDITOR – To all those concerned residents in Westville, it is important to note that the province is responsible for the M13 and M19 highways which pass through the suburb.
I have been trying to several weeks now to request the Provincial Transport Department to take some urgent action on the appalling condition of these major routes. However, it is going to require everyone’s help. I have found a most helpful woman by the name of Jabu and I would encourage all those concerned to write to her at bajabulisiwe.mbanjwa@kzntransport.gov.za.
