Serve it up this Heritage Day

THE Ridley Park Tennis Club will be hosting an open tennis day on Wednesday, 24 September, and is inviting members of the public to participate in a day of fun for free.

The programme, which will run from 8.30am to 12.30pm, will cater for all ages and levels.

Equipment will be provided for those who don’t have rackets.

The open day is an initiative by the coach, Ugan Pillay and club co-ordinator, Gary Deeflets, and aims to raise interest in the sport of tennis. Ridley Park Tennis Club is the only surviving club of seven clubs in the area. Contact Ugan on 083 697 3428 or Gary on 079 517 4970.
