Thomas More College and St Leo's fight it out for the ball.
IT was a great day of relationship building and fun as Thomas More College hosted a fun sports day with three Primary Schools from Molweni Valley.
The four teams, Thomas More College, St. Leo’s, Bazamille and Lamula played in a round robin competition in soccer and netball before enjoying a boerewors braai lunch.
For the Molweni learners this was a great opportunity as many of the learners seldom venture out of Molweni valley.
Siphiwe Gumede from St Agnes church’s Philangethemba ministry group who work in the Molweni area and helped organise the Molweni schools said, “This event is a great experience for the learners and helps forge and build relationships between the Kloof community and Molweni schools.”
