Pedestrian killed in M13 accident

The man was declared dead on scene by paramedics.

A PEDESTRIAN was hit and killed by a car near the Stapleton Road off ramp last night, Wednesday, December 8.

Emer-G-Med’s Kyle van Reenen said paramedics responded to the accident at approximately 22:00 to find that a car had hit a pedestrian, before it overturned and came to a halt on the adjacent road.

“The pedestrian was declared dead on scene,” he said.

Four occupants of the vehicle were moderately injured and were treated and stabilised on the scene before they were transported to hospital.
