A HILLCREST church is setting up a call-in line for people to use if they want to ask for prayer during the national lockdown.

“Hillside Church in Hillcrest eThekwini KZN wants to establish a ‘Call-in for Healing Prayer’ line,” said John Simmons of the church.

John explained that the idea has been put together so that anyone needing healing can message a contact number with a description of their need for prayer.

“We at Hillside Church in Hillcrest have for approximately four years been holding a monthly healing event where anyone needing physical healing could freely receive prayer from members of our healing team. Over the years, through this ministry, many experienced the healing power of God’s love; some through instantaneous miracles, others improving over time as we prayed for them. We believe through our own experience that Jesus, our healer, continues to heal today as He did when He lived here on earth and we want to make that experience available to any in need, particularly in this challenging season of limited access to doctors and health care.”

“We will then arrange for a member of our team to contact you and pray with you,” said John.

“It is our hope and prayer that all will come through this unprecedented, challenging season in the history of this world and our nation, in good health and able to continue normal lives again in the near future,” added John.
