Women get pampered at fund-raiser

The guests brought their pre-loved clothes which were donated to the Robin Hood Foundation's Mahala Market.

A SPRING Women’s Pamper Event was hosted by Dis-Chem to raise funds for Waterfall schools on Saturday morning.

Women filled the beautifully decorated hall and were welcomed with lovely goodie bags.

The bubbly Robin Hood Foundation coordinator, Kim Griffith Jones who is also a motivational speaker was the MC for the day. There were also guest speakers who advised women on their appearance and health.

The guests were also treated to delicious food.

The funds raised at this event will be given to Waterfall schools and a percentage will be donated to their NPO partner, Focus on iThemba, which is based on the same campus.

Both Focus on iThemba and Waterfall schools work to help communities in the surrounding area through their early childhood education initiatives.
