Tiffany wins women’s bike race

The Westville Varsity College student won South Africa's first gold medal at this year's All Africa Games in Rabat Morocco.

FIRST year IIE Bachelor of Arts Corporate Communications student at the Varsity College Westville, Tiffany Keep, won South Africa’s first gold medal at this year’s All Africa Games in Rabat Morocco.

She made her debut at the 12th edition of the games and won the women’s cross-country mountain bike race, beating second placed Mauritian, Aurelie Marie Halbwachs, by nearly a minute.

Tiffany has had a remarkable year that includes victories in the Knysna Cycle Tour and Herald Cycle Tour, and third place at the Karkloof Classic. She also finished as the first U23 rider at the SA Mountain Bike Cross-Country Championships in July.
