UPDATE: Suspect in custody, kidnapped Pinetown girl (10) still missing
The woman was remanded in custody until Thursday, 27 June for a formal bail application.
A WOMAN (39) was arrested a few days ago and appeared in the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court yesterday for the disappearance of 10 year old, Siphumelele Mzimba of Nazareth in Pinetown, who despite the arrest is still missing.

A case of kidnapping is being investigated by Pinetown FCS Unit.
Siphumelele disappeared on Thursday, 13 June, at 2.30pm while she was allegedly making her way to a hairdresser in the neighbourhood but she never reached her destination. She was wearing a pink skirt and grey top.
According to KZN police spokesperson, Thembeka Mbele, the woman was remanded in custody until Thursday, 27 June for a formal bail application.
