Genetically engineered and modified, Chipper and Jeff escape some tight spots all the while evading capture from The Institute. The Institute has been experimenting on dogs and children and with the added mix of sci-fi and the future, things quickly spin out of control.

A fast-paced, simple and easy read for children from aged nine to 11. In a nutshell it as a funny, heart-warming story of loyalty and friendship.
