UPDATE: Man arrested for Winston Park murder
SAPS confirmed the incident was a domestic dispute.
POLICE confirmed a female was killed in Winston Park this morning.
According to KZN SAPS spokesman, Colonel Thembeka Mbele, the incident happened at 1am.
Mbele said is was a domestic dispute. Despite previous reports, police said the woman was 20 years old. She stated the woman stabbed a 30-year-old man in the stomach. The man is alleged to have hit her on the head with a brick.

“The victim was declared dead at the scene by paramedics,” said Mbele.
The 30-year-old man was treated at the scene by paramedics and was arrested. He will appear in court soon.
