Please could somebody tell me who is responsible for clearing up the litter along the M13 in both directions between Hillcrest and Shongweni.
I took some photos of the filth left on the side of the road on the turn to the Dept of Transport St Helier.
I am a resident in Plantations Estate and I drive past that litter daily.
It’s disgusting and shameful that those employees at the Dept of Transport St Helier drive past it daily and do nothing about clearing it up.
I would appreciate a response and a plan going forward please.
