VIDEO: One injured in New Germany fire
The man suffered serious burn wounds to his upper body.
A FIRE has destroyed a mattress shop on Chelsea Road in New Germany, Pinetown earlier this evening, leaving one person seriously injured.
It is believed the fire broke out about an hour ago.
According to Garrith Jamieson, of Rescue Care, paramedics treated a man who sustained serious burn wounds to his upper body.
He was rushed to hospital after he was stabilised.
