Celebrate Christmas cheer at Headway

Get an early start on your Christmas shopping at Headway-Natal in Westville.

HEADWAY-NATAL will host a craft and Christmas market on Saturday, 11 November from 9am to 1pm at its premises at 11 Menston Road in Westville.

Headway-Natal is a non-profit organisation providing help and support to recovering stroke and head injury patients.

All the crafts on sale are made by the members of Headway-Natal, from pottery and bead work to sewed items.

“If I look at the beading, it could take up to six weeks to complete one item. This depends on the intensity of the item they are making, from intricate beaded Christmas trees to wreaths,” said manager of Headway-Natal, Colleen Marais.

There will be crafts, entertainment, food stalls and a tea garden with a wide variety of cakes to sink your teeth into.
