12 people injured in Field’s Hill taxi crash

Rescue Care's Garrith Jamieson reported the taxi smashed into a wall along the M13.

TWELVE people were injured when a taxi smashed into a wall along the M13, west bound, at the bottom of Field’s Hill.

Rescue Care’s Garrith Jamieson said, “Twelve passengers were extremely lucky to have escaped with relatively minor injuries.”

They were stabilised on the scene and taken to hospital.

He noted the cause of the collision is unknown but SAPS were at the scene.
