Cindy is cut above the rest
The Pinetown powerhouse will showcase South Africa's bodybuilding talent at the World Champs in December.
CINDY Marshall, a skilled hairdresser, loving grandmother and enthusiastic bodybuilder, will jet off to compete at the IFBB World Masters Championships in Santa Domingo in the Dominican Republic on 6 December.
To help raise funds for her trip, Cindy is raffling off a hamper valued at R10 000. This includes beauty treatments, skin laser, clothing, supplements and two 12-week training programmes. She will compete against athletes from around the world, and while the number of competitors is kept under wraps until the event, she is confident in her self. “I am hoping to make at least the top six in the body fitness category this year. It is going to be tough, but I know that I can do it,” said the enthusiastic 50-year-old IFBB champ.
To have her body in pique physical form, she hits the gym twice a day, every day of the week.
