HIRSCH’S has launched part one of its exciting new cookbook, The Do’s and Don’ts of Dems.
The book is available at all Hirsch branches and is bursting with gorgeous, easy to prepare recipes and lots of excellent advice on what products to use to whip up a variety of mouth-watering, tempting dishes.
The book was compiled over a couple of weeks by Margaret Hirsch and her good friend, Vanessa de Beer. “We wanted to produce dishes that look good and are easy to prepare and distribute. The end result is this little book that is packed full of the best recipes to use for a variety of products.” said Margaret.
Each Wednesday and Saturday will be Dem Days at each Hirsch’s branch. Contact Taryn Taylor at the Hillcrest branch on 031 761 7500 to find out when there will be an in-store demonstration.
