Three nabbed with dagga in Pinetown

They will appear in the Pinetown Magistrate's Court on Friday, 15 July.

THREE men aged between 31 and 42 were arrested were arrested for possession of dagga in Pinetown this morning, (Thursday 14 July).

According to Pinetown SAPS communications officer, Cpt Bongumusa Manqele, an intelligence driven operation between members of the Pinetown Crime Intelligence and Pinetown Cluster Task Team yielded good results when they arrested the three men.

‘The three arrested men were found in a hair salon on Hill Street and the dagga, with the street value estimated at R 2 500, was seized by police,” he said.

The three men were charged for possession of dagga and are expected to appear in the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court tomorrow, (Friday 15 July).
