Kralinbergh parkrunners bring the heat on chilly morning

This coming weekend marks the 200th parkrun at Kralingbergh

This past weekend’s Kralingbergh parkrun saw strong competition among both male and female participants.

Johannes van der Merwe took an early lead and finished first with an impressive time of 20:45, setting a new personal best.

The women’s race was led by Catha Jacobs, a South African international rugby union player. She finished seventh overall with a time of 29:33.

This weekend’s parkrun saw 50 participants in action, with 26 achieving personal best times.

Among them were two newcomers, participating in their first-ever Kralingbergh parkrun.

This coming weekend marks the 200th parkrun at Kralingbergh.

The organisers urging everyone to attend and make it a momentous occasion.
