Rangers cruises past Mega Force
Mega Force were dealt a blow when captain Xolani Nkosi received a second bookable offence.
City Rangers FC from Mayflower cruised past Ermelo’s Mega Force with a 2-0 score in the Gert Sibande Footbal Association, SAB League stream B last Sunday at AJ Swanepoel Stadium.
City’s Thandolwethu Nkosi oppened the score line in the 39 min in tightly contested half that saw both teams launching back to back attacks.
Rangers started the second half with a bang as they camped in the Mega Forces half with a series of attacks from the wings and forcing Mega Force’s keeper to make saves.
Mega Force could not hold the pressure for long as Rangers Faniki Mkhonto headed a throw in increasing the scoreline to 2-0.

Mega Force held for dear life as they missed a number of scoring opportunities leaving them goalless at full time.
