Ermelo residents have their say
The Highvelder took to the streets to ask the residents of Ermelo how they felt about our athletes doing well at the IAAF World Championships in London.
I am extremely proud of the athletes, they are inspirational. Makes me real proud to be South African.
It is a good thing they are doing so well, flying the South African flag high out there. It’s good for the country and the sport.
It is amazing that we are so high up on the log standings. It is great for South Africa as a whole and for the athletes.
It is a great thing they are doing over there. They make me proud as a South African.
I am so proud of our athletes, especially Caster Semenya. After everything she is going through, she still won.
