NOTICE Victor Khanye Land Use Management Bylaw, 2015
We, Torbiouse Solutions CC hereby give notice in terms of Section 98 of the Victor Khanye Land Use Management Bylaw, 2015, that we have applied to the Victor Khanye Local Municipality for the Consent Use on Portion 1 of the farm Hartbeestfontein 537 JR located Off the R686, WIlge, Kusile Power Station.
The purpose of this application is for the approval of an existing telecommunication mast and base station.
A copy of the application and supporting documentation is available for viewing during normal office hours at the Office of Planning Development: c/o Samual & Van der Walt Streets, Delmas.
Written comments or objections with reasons therefore in respect to the application must be submitted to: The Municipal Manager, PO Box 6, Delmas, 2210 or delivered to Victor Kanye Municipality, C/o Samuel & Van der Walt Streets, Delmas, or emailed to the applicant at pp@infraplan.co.za by not later than
04 November 2024, (the date which be not less than 30 days from the date which the notice was given).
