We, KMC Geomatics (Reg No. 2008/017997/21), the authorized agents of the registered owners of the Remainder of Erf 62 of the Kranspoort Vakansiedorp Township, hereby give notice that we have applied to the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality for the amendment of the Steve Tshwete Land Use Scheme, 2019, for the rezoning ofthe Remainder of
Erf 62, situated situated adjacent to the West of Portion 26 of Erf 62, from “Private Open Space” to “Residential 1” in terms of Section 67 of the Steve Tshwete Local Municipality SPLUM by-law, 2016, to be able to subdivide, and subsequently consolidate the portion with Portion 26 of Erf 62 of the Kranspoort Vakansidorp Township.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the authorised Town Planner of the Local Municipality, 14 SADC Street, Middelburg, 1055, for a period of
30 days from 27 September 2024.
