Ermelo runners love boobies

They completed their run on the Bethal road to raise awareness for breast cancer among disadvantaged women

This past weekend, Andries Koekemoer and Cecile Erasmus showed their support for Women’s Month by participating in the I Love Boobies virtual run, an initiative dedicated to raising awareness for breast cancer among disadvantaged women.

They completed their run on the Bethal road on Saturday afternoon.

Originally aiming to cover 15km, they ultimately decided to complete the full 21.1km.

The initiative, known as the I Am Enough challenge, had to be completed between August 9 and 11.

Koekemoer and Erasmus finished the distance in an impressive time of two hours and 22 minutes.

Their participation in this run not only supported the cause, but also contributed to the broader mission of educating, empowering and providing vital breast cancer screenings for women in need during Women’s Month.
