Highvelder investigates the alarming events that have prompted a father to build a protective barrier around his home.

The community was left fuming after a shooting incident on November 7.

According to a resident of a house near the area where the incident had taken place, the police allegedly missed their intended target, who she claims was running away from the officers.

She alleges that the discharged bullet pierced through her window, lodging itself in a wardrobe in one of her children’s bedrooms.
