Enzo Naciti’s legacy will be remembered

ERMELO – Enzo Naciti (77) passed away on September 17, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be etched in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.

He began his remarkable journey in Ermelo in 1974, after courageously leaving his motherland, Italy, at the age of 28.

Enzo joined his uncle, who remained in South Africa after the World War had ended, and together they embarked on a journey that would see Enzo shaping the landscape of our town and the surrounding areas.

His wife, Carol, said he left an enduring mark on our community’s development, and his vision has not only enriched the physical landscape of the town, but has also laid the foundation for a stronger community.

“We are profoundly grateful for his contributions and the lasting legacy he leaves behind,” she said.
