NPSS celebrates Heritage Day with traditional flair
The school’s spirit of unity and cultural appreciation was on full display as everyone wore traditional attire, from Zulu to Xhosa wear, representing diverse South African cultures.
Netherland Park Secondary School (NPSS) set a vibrant and colourful scene last Friday as the learners and staff came together to celebrate Heritage Day in a truly remarkable fashion.
The excitement reached its peak with a friendly competition in which learners in each grade competed for the title of the best dressed.
The creativity and attention to detail showcased in the outfits were nothing short of astounding, making it a tough decision for the judges.
After much deliberation, the deserving winners were announced and their efforts were rewarded with a delicious prize – pizza! This treat was organised by the teachers.
