Accident at notorious intersection in Ermelo leaves property damaged

A motor vehicle accident occurred on the corner of De Jager and Fourie Street, this afternoon, June 22.

The two-way stop notoriously known for its collisions and Fourie Street also known for its dire condition was the scene of another accident.

A bakkie and a small vehicle were involved in the collision, resulting in significant damage to the small vehicle and nearby property.

The small vehicle crashed into a resident’s wall on the corner, causing structural damage.

Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported.

At the time of the accident, emergency towing services arrived at the scene.

The exact cause of the accident is unknown to Highvelder.
