Water crisis amplified with planned outage in Ermelo
Frustrations have been mounting as residents have reported intermittent water supply, especially during load-shedding periods.
Residents, particularly those of Ermelo East, are still grappling with water supply issues as the municipality has yet to provide a concrete timeline for the restoration of normal water services.
Now, to compound the situation, a planned water outage has been announced.
From today, May 23 to Thursday, May 25, there won’t be any water available in parts of Ermelo and Davel..
Ermelo South, including John Vorster Park and De Bruin Park, portions of Cassim and Nederland Park, Ext 32, 33, 34, and New Ermelo will be affected.
