Woman stabbed to death during alleged altercation in Wesselton

On their arrival they found the deceased’s body with a stab wound to her neck.

WESSELTON – A woman was stabbed to death during an alleged altercation at Ext 32 on September 24.

According to information from Constable Patricia Msenzane of the Ermelo police, the officers were called to the house where the incident had taken place.

On their arrival they found the deceased’s body with a stab wound to her neck.

Two other women and the suspect were also at the scene.

“The police were told the victim and suspect allegedly had a fight which resulted in the woman’s death. The suspect had also sustained injuries on the inner part of his right hand and is currently in police custody,” Msenzane said.
