Ermelo Phoenix Rotaract Club feeds the homeless

ERMELO – Members of Ermelo Phoenix Rotaract Club recently joined the newly founded Lighthouse project to feed more than 70 people.

Funds raised at the club’s Outdoor Movie night were used to cook and feed the homeless people of Ermelo.

Ms Nikita Damons, Rotaract club president, thanked everyone who supported their movie night and helped them to be able to take on their first of many projects.

“With the public’s generosity to support us, we were able to prepare food to serve our community. We look forward to being able to do this again in the near future,” she said.
