Ermelo Police is investigating two cases of rape in Ermelo that was recently reported at Ermelo Police station.
The first incident occurred on 30 April in Thembisa.
According to Capt Carla Prinsloo, spokesman for Ermelo Police, the woman (21) was allegedly at the suspect’s house where they smoked dagga and the suspect then allegedly raped her.
In another unrelated incident a 22-year-old woman was on her way to her boyfriend’s house in Siqalo Court, Thutukani.
She was confronted and attacked by three men.
“The three men allegedly raped the woman and fled the scene on foot.”
