Carolina Police arrests six people in contravention of lockdown regulations

According to Sgt Thabang Mokwana, spokesman of Carolina Police, six men aged between 17 and 50 were arrested.

Carolina Police arrested six people for leaving their place of residence on 28 March which is in contravention of the regulations of the Disaster Management Act.

According to Sgt Thabang Mokwana, spokesman of Carolina Police, six men aged between 17 and 50 were arrested.

They will appear in the Carolina Magistrate’s Court on 30 March.

Sgt Mokwana encourages the Silobela and Carolina community to adhere to President Cyril Ramaphosa’s call to stay at home.
