Eskom Camden Power Station and Howden Africa make donations to Tholulwazi Pre-Primary School in Ermelo

Mr Pro Mkhize, programmes manager at Camden Power Station, said: “It is important for Eskom to invest in contributing towards educating and improving the lives of children in the communities where Eskom operates.”

Eskom Camden Power Station management and Howden Africa donated goods to Tholulwazi Pre-Primary School in Ermelo on 13 March.

Donations such as office items, cleaning materials, kitchen equipment, educational books, toys, a Jojo tank, paint and a generator was handed over to the school.

Mr Pro Mkhize, programmes manager at Camden Power Station, said: “It is important for Eskom to contribute towards education and thus improving the lives of children in the communities where Eskom operates.”

He pleaded with the school to take care of the donated items and asked the teachers to ensure that these items benefit the children.

Mr Mkhize thanked Howden Africa for their continued support and willingness to lend a helping hand when needed.
