Laerskool Breyten athletes excel at ASA Primary Schools Provincial event

Aphiwe Mkhwanazi received a silver medal in the u/12G 1200m item and Lwandle Msane came second in the u/11B 100m and first in the 80m items.

Athletes from Laerskool Breyten competed at the ASA Primary Schools Provincial event on 6 March.
Lunga Thembekwayo obtained a third place in the u/13B 1500m item, Asanda Sithole came second in the u/11B 1200m item.

Aphiwe Mkhwanazi received a silver medal in the u/12G 1200m item and Lwandle Msane came second in the u/11B 100m and first in the 80m items.

The selected athletes will participate at the ASA National Primary Schools Championships that will take place on 20 and 21 March at Pietermaritsburg.

Mr Louis Bates, Laerskool Breyten’s principal, said: “We are very proud of our athletes and wish them all the best in the upcoming event.”
