Gert Sibande schools go head-to-head in TYT regional choir competition
Ithafa Comprehensive School was crowned as the champions.
Various schools from Gert Sibande District competed in the Regional Zion Schools Competition hosted by Township Youth Transformation (TYT) in partnership with Siyaphumelela Music Productions.
The competition took place in Mkondo (Piet Retief).
Seven schools went head-to-head to be crowned the winners of the competition.
Ithafa Comprehensive School were crowned as the champions.
Ndlela Secondary School from Mkondo came second and Lilanga Secondary School from Diepdale third.
Mr Ayanda Nkosi, chairman of TYT, thanked all the sponsors and stakeholders who contributed to the event.
