Pupils get awarded during Laerskool Breyten’s prize giving

Victoria Hadebe, grade 7 learner, obtained 90% in English Home language, 93% for Afrikaan First Additional Language and 84% in Computer Applications Technology.

Special awards given to learners from grade 4 to 7. In the front are: Lwandle Vilane, Zandisile Mahlngu, Mpilenhle Khanye, Monica Shongwe, Victoria Hadebe, Lindokuhle Malinga, Lunga Thembekwayo, Lwazi Phakathi and Sifiso Matosse. At the back is Mr Louis Bates (principle).

Laerskool Breyten hosted a prize giving ceremony on 7 November.

Pupils were awarded for their hard work throughout the year.

The awards were given for Academic Achievement, Good Progress, Reading Rocket, Sport and Top Achiever of every class.

The best reader in each class received a book prize.

Victoria Hadebe, grade 7 learner, obtained 90% in English Home language, 93% for Afrikaans First Additional Language and 84% in Computer Applications Technology.

She was also awarded the maintainer trophy for the ambassador of the school.
