The BlueGecko hosted a exhibition and demonstration by Ms Louise Dainty in Ermelo on 3 August.
Ms Dainty is a renowned South African artist.
Her works are displayed in various countries such as Spain, Portugal, Holland, United Kingdom and the USA, where her bright African landscapes and vibrant portraits were celebrated at the Visual Art Conference in Houston as part of International Woman’s Day.
BlueGecko Studio is the latest addition to the creative community in Ermelo.
Ms Bridgette van Strijp, said: “The studio provides a comfortable space for expression, reflection and communication, offering interactive workshops in painting and ceramics techniques, for both group and personalised one-on-one sessions.”
